Deine Aufgaben

Du unterstützt die Vor- und Nachbereitung von nationalen und internationalen Trainings sowie Workshops.
Du übernimmst logistische Aufgaben und führst Inventurarbeiten zuverlässig durch.
Du kümmerst dich um die Pflege und Aktualisierung von Trainingsmaterialien.
Du führst gelegentlich Besorgungsfahrten durch und unterstützt so den reibungslosen Ablauf im Tagesgeschäft.

Dein Profil

Du befindest dich in einem laufenden Studium – idealerweise in den Bereichen Marketing, Kommunikation, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, BWL oder Vertrieb.
Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Du hast ein Auge für Design und ein Interesse an Marketing-Themen.
Nice to have: Erste Erfahrungen mit der Adobe Creative Suite (z. B. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Du hast Lust, dich in neue Tools und Prozesse einzuarbeiten und dich kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.
Du kommunizierst klar, arbeitest zuverlässig, strukturiert und selbstständig – und bringst gleichzeitig Teamgeist mit.
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind erforderlich. Jede weitere Sprache ist ein Plus.
Du wohnst idealerweise im Raum Bochum oder bist bereit, in diesem Umkreis zu arbeiten.

YOUR JOB DUTIES

You will assist with the preparation and follow-up of national and international training sessions and workshops.
You will handle logistical tasks and reliably carry out inventory checks.
You will be responsible for maintaining and updating training materials.
You will occasionally run errands to help ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly.

YOUR PROFILE

You are currently pursuing a degree—ideally in marketing, communications, economics, business administration, or sales.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
You have an eye for design and an interest in marketing topics.
Nice to have: Basic experience with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
You’re eager to learn new tools and processes and to continuously develop your skills.
You communicate clearly, work reliably, in a structured manner, and independently—while also bringing a team-oriented spirit to the table.
Excellent written and spoken German and English skills are required. Any additional languages are a plus.
Ideally, you live in the Bochum area or are willing to work in this region.
