- You are currently pursuing a degree—ideally in marketing, communications, economics, business administration, or sales.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- You have an eye for design and an interest in marketing topics.
- Nice to have: Basic experience with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- You’re eager to learn new tools and processes and to continuously develop your skills.
- You communicate clearly, work reliably, in a structured manner, and independently—while also bringing a team-oriented spirit to the table.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills are required. Any additional languages are a plus.
- Ideally, you live in the Bochum area or are willing to work in this region.
