Deine Aufgaben

Du unterstützt aktiv das internationale Marketingteam in den Bereichen Produktmanagement, Training und Eventmanagement.
Du erstellst Angebote und Rechnungen und arbeitest dabei sicher mit unserem ERP‑System sowie der projektbezogenen Dokumentation – insbesondere unserem Qualitätsmanagementsystem.
Du nimmst Anfragen unserer Vertriebsmitarbeitenden und Kund*innen entgegen und bearbeitest sie serviceorientiert.
Du stimmst dich im Rahmen laufender Projekte eng mit externen Dienstleistern ab.

Dein Profil

Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Medienmanagement, Betriebswirtschaft mit Marketingschwerpunkt oder verfügst über eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
Idealerweise bringst du mehrjährige Erfahrung im B2B‑Marketing mit.
Du arbeitest teamorientiert, gleichzeitig selbstständig, strukturiert und zuverlässig.
Du beherrschst das Microsoft‑Office‑Paket sicher; Kenntnisse in der Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) sind von Vorteil.
Du bist lernbereit und offen für neue Tools und Prozesse.
Du verfügst über eine sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit.
Deutsch in Wort und Schrift sowie Englisch in Wort und Schrift sind zwingend erforderlich; weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind ein Plus.
Dein Wohnort bzw. Arbeitsradius liegt im Raum Bochum.

YOUR JOB DUTIES

You will actively support the international marketing team in the areas of product management, training, and event management.
You will prepare quotes and invoices, working confidently with our ERP system and project-related documentation—particularly our quality management system.
You will handle inquiries from our sales team and customers and address them with a focus on customer service.
You will coordinate closely with external service providers as part of ongoing projects.

YOUR PROFILE

You have a degree in marketing, media management, or business administration with a focus on marketing, or a comparable qualification.
Ideally, you have several years of experience in B2B marketing.
You are a team player who also works independently, in a structured and reliable manner.
You are proficient in the Microsoft Office suite; knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus.
You are eager to learn and open to new tools and processes.
You have excellent communication skills.
Fluency in spoken and written German and English is mandatory; additional language skills are a plus.
You live in or commute to the Bochum area.
